Growing Toward Wholeness.
A future therapy practice centered on compassionate, trauma-informed care and meaningful growth.
A Space to Heal, Grow, and Become
Vine & Vessel Therapy was created from the belief that healing is not about becoming someone new, but about making space to understand your story, reconnect with yourself, and grow with intention.
Grounded in compassion and a trauma-informed perspective, the vision for Vine & Vessel is to provide thoughtful, evidence-based care that honors each person's unique experiences, strengths, and path toward healing.

The Heart Behind Vine & Vessel
Hi, I'm Othniel. I created Vine & Vessel Therapy from a deep belief in the importance of compassionate, intentional, and trauma-informed care.
My background in social work has shaped the way I understand healing, not as a one-size-fits-all process, but as something deeply connected to a person's experiences, relationships, strengths, and sense of self.
As I continue my professional journey toward independent clinical licensure, Vine & Vessel represents the vision I am building for the future: a space where people can feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow with intention.
THE VISION AHEAD
A Thoughtful Space for the Work of Healing
Vine & Vessel Therapy is a vision in progress, created with the hope of providing compassionate, trauma-informed mental health care grounded in connection, evidence-based practice, and respect for each person's unique story.
Clinical therapy services are not currently available. Future services are anticipated following completion of all required education, licensure, and independent clinical practice requirements.
